Our Support Team monitors our Support Mailbox. The first expert to see your message will respond. This eliminates delays in our responses.
We also aim to keep track of our conversations with Learners, for quality control. Please do not send your enquiries to individuals as this may lead to delays if the person you are addressing is not available at the time.

We respond promptly during our normal work hours, but we cannot guarantee a prompt reply after our normal hours.

Learner Resources

  • You will receive a Welcome Mail when you register for the Course.
  • The mail will contain a Link to the Learner Resources available for your Programme.
  • The Resources include Templates and Examples which you can adapt and use in your Portfolio.
  • You will also find a video with the guidelines for compiling you Portfolio
  • These Guidelines are in the back of your Learner Guide.
