Next Verification:  May/June 2026

  • You will need your Learner Number to track your status.
  • The List contains only the records of Learners who were assessed COMPETENT.
  • If your record does not have a Verification date, it means that your Portfolio is Pending Verification.
  • We cannot issue Certificates before Verification.
  • We Archive records about a week after the certificate is issued. Archived Records are removed from the List.
  • If your record is verified and the certificate has not been issued, it will be because we are waiting for the SOR. This takes a few days.
  • If you were expecting a Certificate and you are not on the list, or it shows as issued. and you did not receive it, either it was lost in transmission, or it was sent to your Sponsor. You may need to follow up on this.
  • The List is updated at 4.00pm daily.

Process map
  • We can, under most circumstances, issue a reprint of a Certificate. Originals are issued to the Sponsor, for example, if your Employer sponsored your training, the Certificate would have been given to them. In such cases, we will need approval from the Employer to give you a copy.
  • Depending on the age of the Certificate, we might take a few days to retrieve it from the Archives. Note that we do not issue copies or reprints of Expired Certificates.

  • The current cost for this service is R 200 (Plus Vat).
