Distance Learning Process

We offer the Distance Learning/Self Study Option for selected courses.

Registration Process

  • You can phone, Book Online, send us an email or visit our office in Benoni to book.
  • An invoice will be sent to you.
  • Once the invoice is paid, our Admin Team will send you an Attendance Register and a Learner Information Form. Complete these and return them to us.
  • We will schedule a kick off meeting (in person or virtual) to start the process when you receive the Learning Materials.

Learner Guides/Materials

  • A printed Learner Guide and Workbook will be sent to you, or you can collect.
  • A kick off meeting will be scheduled with you to get you started.
  • The link to the Learner Resources will be sent to you by email.
  • Templates and Examples are available to guide and assist you through the process.
  • The Learner Resources include a Video Guide on Compiling your Portfolio of Evidence.
  • Guidelines for the Portfolio are also in the back of the Learner Guide.
