Learner Management Systems

We design Learner Management Systems suitable for Skills Development Providers and Internal Training Centres. The Systems are designed around your specific and SETA reporting needs. Secured within your Microsoft 365 Tenant with multiple users at different levels of access. Our development process will involve your staff and prepare them to take ownership to eliminate long-term consultation and development costs.

Requirements

  • A SharePoint Site to host the Data and Documents related to training, such as Learning Materials, ID Copies, Medical Certificates etc. Sharing Permissions will be managed from this Site.
  • One Microsoft 365 User License (lms@clientdomain) which will “own” the site and share with selected users within the organisation. This License will be used by the Developer and the SDF.
  • Internal Staff with existing licenses can be granted full or limited access.

Handover

  • We will work with a person designated by the client to take ownership after development. Little to no technical expertise will be required.
  • Consultation on best practices for managing training with an on-line system
  • Training of the Administrator/s to manage the system and data.
  • Migration of available data into the system, subject to availability and format.

Storage Limits

  • Per Document: 2GB
  • Attendance Records: 30 million
  • All other Record Sets: 30 million

Delivery

  • Development will begin immediately on acceptance and payment.
  • Administrators will have access early in the development, to monitor, capture data and learn.
  • The developer will exit on completion, estimated to be within six weeks and will be available for consultations. At this time, the Login Password for the License Created (Paragraph 1) can be changed to limit external access to the SDF and exclude the Developer.

Costs

  • Once off Development Cost: Quote will be offered after the initial discussion on your requirements.
  • Monthly Microsoft License Fee – about R200 per month, depending on your Microsoft 365 Plan.

Confidentiality of Data

  • PMADS Holdings Pty) Ltd is POPI Act Compliant.
  • The Developer’s access to data will be equal to that granted to the SDF.
